Pathways to Membership

A structured application journey for choosing the right SOTS route, preparing evidence and receiving professional recognition.

Step 1: Choose your route

Select the Professional Route or Experiential Route based on your qualifications, experience and portfolio evidence.

Step 2: Prepare documentation

Prepare CV, certificates, references, CPD records, teaching portfolio, leadership evidence and relevant publications.

Step 3: Review and decision

SOTS reviews the application, confirms eligibility, recommends the appropriate tier and provides guidance for development or certification.

No-Refund Policy for Membership

All direct professional membership fees are non-refundable. This includes new membership in any tier, upgrades and annual renewals, however they are paid.

No refunds for change of mind, or for unused months or benefits.
Application review fees are non-refundable once submitted.
Duplicate or incorrect payments are always corrected in full.
